Pressure Washing

Pressure washing will be done to all concrete walkways and parking pads of units 5 to 25, 44 to 49, 58 to 88.  This includes walkways and patio areas inside unit yards.  Clear all areas before these dates.  Please try to avoid parking on your parking pad to allow the contractor to wash the pad.

Fence Painting

Fences and privacy separators of homes facing 24th Avenue are scheduled to be painted starting Thursday June 6. Please remove all items attached to or near the fences and separators before this date, so that worker can paint these areas.

Expect fence painting to be complete by Friday June 21.
